AREDS
Someone on here said they couldn't take AREDS because it gave them heartburn. It does me, too. so I switched to New Nordic Blue Berry Eyebright or Blue Berry Strong. Small capulets easy to swallow...and NO heartburn!! Available on Amazon. 
The ones I'm taking (AREDS 2 PLUS) have saffron, lutein, zeaxanthin, astaxanthin, fish oil dha, and epa. I always get horrible heartburn after taking these. On the back of the box of the Blue Berry Eye Bright it says the following:

These capulets don't really have the AREDs formula but until I find something that doesn't cause me heartburn, I'll keep taking these.
