AREDS
I know this is a personal subject but has anyone noticed that the AREDS have caused them horrible gas? I offend myself it is so bad. Before anyone ask I had a recent colonoscopy so that is ok, haven't changed my eating habits so..... anyone else?

I'm the same - no problems with them if I take them with food. I actually need a meal with them. If I try to get away with just a piece of fruit or slice of toast, I usually feel sick for about half an hour. At first I wonder "Why do I feel queesy?" and then I remember!
