Some info about helping improve MD, Cataracts, Glaucoma, etc.

Hi, I have wet MD and have been taking shots for 3 years every 4 weeks. I found that these 2 doctors have been posting on the web how to improve, reverse and even cure possibly vision loss. Therefore, I thought I would give you these websites so you can research for yourself. I've been eating the all meat, fat and eggs they recommend for only 1 week but I wanted to pass this on in case it could help anyone else...

Some of the facts Dr. Knobbe gives in his presentation is that early 1900's there was no Macular Degeneration (nor heart problems) as well as many other "diseases" we deal with daily now. But they ate an ancestral diet and he shows how people who don't eat the modern diet but stick to their ancestral diets are healthy. No MD, no heart disease, they don't have tooth decay even!

  1. Yes this follows my belief about macular degeneration. My eye doctors can't understand when my macular degeneration hasn't got worse and even seem to be less than it was. I make a smoothie almost every morning. I start my smoothie with heavy cream, spinach, whole milk, avocado, or banana, blueberries and almond milk and protein powder. I love fatty fish, I love eating a diet close to keto.

  2. How serious is your macular degeneration? I have lost eyesight already and I need to be really careful about carbs. I didn’t realize that before, but now I am realizing it. So lots of fruit with sugars and things I wouldn’t think would be very good for your eyesight.

    1. my vision is great since getting my cataracts removed. My first eye clinic refused to remove my cataracts saying it was too risky. My macular degeneration is still stage 1 or 2 after 18 years. I eat all natural food. Meaning nothing created in a factory. No seed oils is very important and no high glisimic carbs, meaning no to very little grains. Green leafy veg like spinach is very important. In fact I eat at least a cup of fresh spinach daily. I start my day with a smoothie made from spinach, avocado or banana, blueberries, heavy cream, and almond milk and added whey protein powder. Also eat tree nuts at least a handful at least 4 days a week. No peanuts. Stay away from fast food. Stay away from cereals and store bought bread and desserts. Citrus is great. I have eat beets and oranges daily. I put lemon juice or squeezed lemon 8n my green tea. By the way total beet supplments are great for elevated blood pressure.

  3. Thanks Chuck Kemp - I remember Dr. Berry states that 1 cup of fresh spinach a day decreases your MD possibly by 95%. So you seem to be on the right track. Best of wishes going forward.
