Does anyone also have Glaucoma?

I also have glaucoma and received laser treatment for it. The doctor wasn't satisfied with the results, so wants me to get shots for glaucoma. He says that they last about 6-12 months.

Of course it goes without saying that nobody can have enough injections. Just so much fun. Has anyone had glaucoma injections as well?

  1. Yes, glaucoma injections are sometimes recommended when other treatments like laser therapy or eye drops don’t adequately control eye pressure. These injections—often containing medications that reduce fluid production or improve drainage—can help manage intraocular pressure for several months.
It’s important to discuss the benefits, side effects, and long-term plan with your eye specialist to ensure the best outcome for your vision.

    1. I spoke to my doctor yesterday. As I stated above, I had laser, but he still wanted to loser my pressure further, either through drops or injections. We went over the advantages and disadvantages of shots for it or drops and we decided on the shots. I'm just wondering if anyone else has gone through the shots for glaucoma and how it went.
