Physicians' cost for the two drugs vary based on which supply company they use, use volume and whether they qualify for something called GPO discounts. Each cost just over $2000 per dose barring discounts. Offices have considerable discretion on what they charge the cash patient however. Medicare pays a 4 to 6 percent premium on medications and offices generally are not allowed to charge cash patients less (some exceptions are allowed), so I would expect to pay between 2080 and 2120 or higher. If the treatment is not covered, the office will add in a procedure cost for the injection as well.
