Recent Geographic Atrophy Diagnosis
I have had AMD for 13 years and getting injections in left eye for wet about every 2-3 months. However, I have not had one for 10 months because no bleeding.
A diagnosis of geographic atrophy (GA)
Now in right eye, diagnosis of GA and no bleeding. Retina specialist says, do I want to commit to monthly injections to help stabilize it? Of course I do, if it will help not going blind.
Not sure what to do
I have just recently relocated to a different state and new doctor. Please help me know what to do. Former doctor recommended Izervay and had me hand deliver a detailed comprehensive report to new doctor.
