Eye Injections and AREDS
After beginning injections and receiving billing from my insurer for unknown medications and a unknown compound drug, I asked my provider, "How many injections will it take?" He replied more than 3 and less than a hundred.
Side effects from injections
My last injection left me extremely dizzy and with fogged-up vision for hours. Needless to say I didn't return.
I started taking an AREDS vitamin that my wife's eye doctor recommended for dry eyes whose active ingredient is derived from black currants. My spot has actually started to decrease in size.
Needless to say I no longer see that doctor. Just my experience, not a recommendation.
