Hi . Those are good questions. I often have to exercise at home because the nearest gym is 45 minutes away. I like to walk when the weather is good, but I also have light handweights I use for about 5 or 10 minutes a day. Sometimes, I do floor exercises as well, like crunches or leg lifts, on a yoga mat. There are lots of great videos available (often for free) that can lead you through at-home workouts. If you like to dance, Zumba can be a lot of fun.
What other things are you interested in besides reading? Lots of people like to scrapbook. Some garden in the summer while others do puzzles or sew or knit or paint. Making sourdough bread is a new fad these days. People grow their own bacteria at home and join Facebook groups to learn more about how to perfect the process.
