CSCR and Photodynamic Therapy

I've been diagnosed with central serous chorioretinopathy (CSCR) and been told that there are no treatments available.

Not suitable for photodynamic therapy?

I asked if I could have photodynamic therapy and was told I wasn't suitable because the fluid was located centrally beneath the retina and the treatment could damage my eyesight further. I've been doing research online which suggests I would be suitable for such treatment.

Anyone in a similar situation or who knows whether what I'm being told is correct? Any help would be much appreciated.
