Scar tissue from injections
Has anyone developed scar tissue in the eye from injections? How long, or how many injections did it take for the scar tissue to form? Did you have to discontinue the shots? Wendy, Patient Leader.
yes scar tissue in my left eye with first infection for Wei AMD, right in the middle of my macula, this was June 2020, my introduction to permanent distortion. I did did not stop the shots, no other options to try to save my vision, and so far so good
With no more scar tissue forming in that eye.I will be sure to proofread my comments going forward. My vision is extremely distorted today 😑 we can make out or work out what you are saying.
