I fell before diagnosis
2- I had breast cancer took tamoxifen for 5 years-Anyone been affected at such a young age with similar history

you have been diagnosed at a relatively young age, although you are certainly not alone there. I'm glad you found this community, because you'll find a lot of useful information and tips here. If you type "balance" into the search bar on this website, you'll see quite a few stories about how other community members had difficulties with their balance. It seems that macular degeneration causes difficulties with depth perception. This in turn can lead to falls. I don't know about tamoxifen, and any relationship to macular degeneration, unfortunately. Have you been diagnosed with dry or wet macular degeneration?
