Dud injections?

I was first diagnosed with wet AMD a year ago October. I have been getting injections approx every 8 weeks. I did notice my vision improved right up to about the last week before injections were due again. This last time though, there was very little improvement. Is that normal? Does that happen to anyone else?
I’m really curious. Thanks in advance!

  1. other community members with wet macular degeneration report that the medication used quits working sometimes. At that point the retinal specialist may switch medications. It could also be that you have stabilized at this level of vision. This is a good question to ask your retinal specialist at your next visit.
