my preference is turmeric. I found more support from studies for turmeric. They are enrolling people with dry macular degeneration now for a clinical trial using turmeric. Regards, Sharon Moore patient leader

the clinical trials going on now are for dry macular degeneration. You might ask your retinal specialist about it. I have GA, the advanced dry macular degeneration. My specialist stopped short of recommending it but said it would do no harm if I wanted to try it. Warmly, Sharon Moore patient leader

what about Goji berries? I have heard they are excellent for the eyes.

I meant Goji, and yes I bought a bag of dried berries and haven't tried them yet. My oral surgeon says he takes them everyday to ward off any potential eye diseases which is where I first heard of them. They have some impressive qualities for the eyes.

it’s quite impressive when your doctor takes them himself. I hope you find them helpful. Regards, Sharon Moore patient leader
