Saffron
Can someone recommend what saffron to take for AMD?
The small studies that have been done were for 40 mg saffron. While my retinal specialist didn’t recommend it he was fine with me trying it. I don’t know that it has helped but I still take it. Regards, Sharon Moore patient leader
