hair loss

Hello...I started getting injections in February, I have wet in one eye and dry in the other. I am having hair loss. I have been to the thyroid doctor, it is fine. I have saw my GP he doesn't have any other thoughts other than stress or the injections. Anyone else notice more hair loss than usual that is getting injections? Thanks
