Levodopa for aMD
Does anyone know of an Ophthalmologist that will prescribe Levodopa?
Can you get the medication without a prescription in Mexico?
It has been shown in various Clinical Trials to be effective in slowing AMD.
it is prescription medication with the potential for side effects. You might check with your doctor for more information. From what I read about Levodopa it looks promising but needs clinical trials to prove it is safe and effective. Do you have wet or dry AMD? Regards, Sharon Moore patient leader
