I've been told I have dry AMD. Last august the retina specialist said he had decided after research to not give me injections. Has the treatment improved? what is the desired drug treatment?

The injections Syfovre and Izervay, are FDA approved for the advanced stage of dry macular degeneration called geographic atrophy. They do have potentially serious side effects to consider. https://maculardegeneration.net/treatment/complement-inhibitors. https://maculardegeneration.net/treatment/complement-inhibitors.
