I Just Remember Mother's Fight

I am 71 years old. I was diagnosed with wet in one eye 3 years ago. After the first year, I was almost cleared up and then I tried a different eye injection that was supposed to take care of it. Wrong - it all backfired and was worse than the original diagnosis.

I have not gotten anywhere close to where or what I had accomplished in that one year. I keep hoping and am doing everything to get back, but it is not going to happen for me. I remember my mother going blind and how frustrating it was for us and no injections at the time. So I will be grateful and sympathetic to others with the condition, and happy for those that beat wet macular degeneration.
