Don't Give Up!

I am a 91-year-old great-grandmother...3 children, 7 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren… I’ve been under the care of a retina specialist for about 7 years.

Eye injections

I’ve had the Eyelea injections every few weeks most of that time. When Beovu came out, I had a few of those injections. My doctor had a few patients with reactions to the new medicine and we stopped it. We went back to Eyelea.

I'm still functioning very well

My doctor has now retired. My new doctor suggested we try the Beovu again. Had one two weeks ago and will get the other eye done next week. With a good light, I can still read, work my crossword puzzles, play cards with my kiddos. I have an iPad Pro which is larger than others. I have the print as large as I can, with the light as bright as possible…. So, I’m still functioning very well. I have taken eye vitamins for at least 10 years. So folks, do what your Dr. says and don’t give up !!!!

May God bless each one of us.
