Mike Campbell shares highlights of his personal 20-year experience with macular degeneration in this brief video, Up Close & Personal.

Retired and independent

Mike is retired and resides in a community of 55 and older active adults in Fishers, Indiana. He still lives alone, remains very active, and lives a productive life in spite of having very little central vision. He is certainly an inspiration for all with MD and proof that life does go on after diagnosis – in fact, a very full, independent life!

'Up Close & Personal' is a video series hosted by Linda Hoopes, Patient Leader and Team Member with maculardegeneration.net. In the series, Linda interviews people living with macular degeneration (AMD).
