Then the retina specialist I chose told me about pushing a needle into the corner of my eye. "EXCUSE ME?"
After my first injection, 3 years ago, my fears were laid to rest. It wasn't as bad as my mind made it out to be. And thanks to this forum, I was more comfortable publishing the effects of betadine sensitivity. I am now at 20/20 in both eyes and a normal macula, and the injections a spaced 3 months apart.
