Supplement Advocate

During my most recent eye exam, my doctor told me he saw the beginning of dry macular degeneration. This of course isn’t a surprise as all of my fathers siblings were legally blind with Dry Macular.

My older brother had developed it and spent considerable money trying to find a cure, however he was almost completely blind when he passed away at age 90. I have taken lutein with zexanthin plus an assortment of other vitamins which I feel helped me avoid developing it until past my 85th birthday.

Needless to say, I’m an advocate for eye vitamin supplements.
