AMD Diagnosis & Optic Nerve Stroke
After being told I had AMD, I experience blurred vision and was diagnosed having had a small stroke in my left optic nerve leaving me with no sight in my left eye and blurred vision up close.
I've stopped driving and can still read holding my book to my far right side... was told blurred vision should go away when brain compensates.
At 87, told it will not after 3 years. Am in a Low Vision group in Mobile, AL...Very helpful!
