My Injection Pain Handling

When I get home from an injection appointment, I cuddle, hug and give to my golden retriever - then I put my night eye mask on, and we nap. I will use damp cool washcloths over my eyes (and still give kisses to my golden) for the two or three days. Oh, I also order food out - I LOVE to have dinner delivered.
