Geographic Atrophy: Feeling Less Alone
I just saw a commercial about GA (geographic atorphy) and looked it up and found out it's an advanced case of MD.
Each case of AMD is different and when I read some of the stories on here i thought why is mine different. I have signed up to eyesonga.com for a education kit on this other form of MD.
I am 80 yrs. old and wondered why my case was different. I think everything we can learn about AMD is helpful, and I am so happy I joined this group as I do not feel so alone in this journey.
