My Diagnosis and Pharma Trial Story
Diagnosed with wet macular degeneration in 2011 was in Lucentis pharmaceutical trials, the injections brought my vision from 20/200 on my right eye back to 20/40.
I have continued injections with Dr. Novak of Cleveland Retina Associates. I have had injections of Macugen, Lucentis, and Eylea.
At present I am on Eylea injections and eye vitamins, so far I can still drive, read the newspaper and do all my regular activities.
I just hit my 80th birthday. Doing good thanks to the injections, and my great retina specialist!
