Diagnosed
I was diagnosed around age 51. Never had signs of dry macular degeneration, but my left eye just went wet one day. I'm an optician so I do know the signs. I started Lucentis right away, and then the right eye went wet one year later. Many years of shots. I have been shot free for around 3 years and staying stable so far. The shots have saved my vision so far. I can still be corrected at 20/25.
