Diagnosed with Cataracts

I have been diagnosed with cataracts for which an operation was suggested. I didn't agree with that. I also have some sinus problems.

I have been studying Ayurveda for the last decade. On that basis, I guessed that it was a cough deposit on my eye lenses. I have been treating myself with cough control medicines like black pepper, dry ginger, etc.

Further, I have been using NAC eye drops. With these treatments, my vision has been improving. Keeping my head covered with a thick cap also helped.
