Being Positive

I agree with Linda on being positive. But one thing that is so hard to accept is that, since I am now legally blind in one eye, the other one is worsening so much faster than the first one took. And since I am a widow I have been able to travel so much and enjoyed it so much, that now I can see that future travel will only happen if I can find someone with the time and financial means to have as a companion. That is not easy.

I would like to know if there are senior centers that focus on those with macular degeneration. To go to a place like that would be so much easier to chat and maybe get information as we are able to get on this site.

Thank you to anyone who knows of such places.
